Ready to turn your home into the ultimate haunted masterpiece this Halloween season? Now’s your chance! Show off your BOO-tiful outdoor Halloween display and compete for the title of Burnaby's spookiest decorator of the year. With no judges this year, it’s all in the hands of the public—so rally your supporters and get ready for some spine-tingling competition!

How to Enter: If your house is decked out with eerie charm and ghoulish delights for the month of October, submit a photograph of your Halloween masterpiece between October 1, 2025, at 12:00 AM and October 17, 2025, at 11:59 PM PST using the uploader to the right. This is your ticket to winning fantastic prizes and Halloween fame!

The Prizes: This year, we're shaking things up with online voting for the People’s Choice Awards! Five winners will take home an official Burnaby Halloween Award and fabulous prizes for their wicked efforts. The categories are:

• 1st $1000
• 2nd $500
• 3rd $250
• Best Neighbourhood Award for the most spooktacularly decorated block or neighbourhood - win a Block Party Pack (worth $1000)
• A New Award Category - Sustainable Decoration Award $250

Voting Details: Once entries are in, online voting will take place from October 24 to October 28, 2025. Rally your friends, family, and fellow Halloween fans to vote for your frightful creation! It’s your time to shine, so make sure you promote your display and earn those votes.
