Prepare yourself for a fun Halloween season at Metropolis at Metrotown! This fall, Burnaby’s largest shopping destination is transforming into a hub of eerie fun and festive delights, running until October 31. Whether you’re solving ghostly puzzles, admiring pumpkin art, or indulging in some pie-eating madness, this is the Halloween hub you want to go to!
Bamboozled Presents Hauntington Manor
The main attraction for thrill-seekers is the Ghost Hunt: Hauntington Manor escape room, designed by Bamboozled Escape Games. From October 4 – 31, step into a haunted mansion, where ghostly figures whisper through the halls, and sinister forces await. In this immersive experience, groups of two to eight will arm themselves with ghost-busting lasers and solve intricate puzzles to rescue trapped souls. Perfect for both families and adult adventurers, this spooky escape room runs throughout October and promises a frightfully good time. Reservations are recommended, with tickets priced at $20 for adults and $15 for children aged 7-12.
Pumpkin Carving Show
On October 12, prepare to be dazzled by a pumpkin-carving spectacle in the Grand Court. Master carver Michael Valeroso will showcase his artistic talents, transforming ordinary pumpkins into stunning jack-o-lanterns. Visitors can enjoy the festive atmosphere and snap photos of these incredible creations from 11 am to 5 pm. This is the perfect Halloween photo opportunity to share with friends and family.
