The award-winning team of Northern FanCon is launching a brand new seasonal pop culture tradeshow event as part of the Burnaby Halloween calendar. The event FanCon HalloweenFest will be hosted at BCIT (British Columbia Institute of Technology) and boasts a day of activities that includes everything from exclusive panels and celebrity meet-and-greets to costume workshops and coveted merchandise. The day will culminate in a winner-take-all costume contest which will see one lucky cosplayer walk away with a $1000 cash grand prize.
