Dust off your curiosity (and your appetite): Dinneraad Séance is descending upon Dageraad Brewing’s warehouse. For two bewitching evenings, October 25 & 26, you are summoned to dine among shadows, sip ritual brews, and whisper your secrets to the night.

From the moment you enter, you’ll feel it: flickering candlelight, the scent of barrel wood, hushed anticipation. A complimentary welcome beer will be your ritual invocation, the first step into the veil.

A Feast for the Brave

Prepare your senses for a four-course menu crafted by Beaumont Catering to tease, delight, and thrill:

  • Warm Blood Splatter SaladFarmer Rob’s heirloom root vegetables, beet and balsamic vinaigrette, candied walnuts, pickled mustard seeds, winter mesclun greens
  • Pumpkin Gnocchi From Beyond the VeilFried sage, brown butter, aged parmesan.
  • The Roast Beast RevealedJuicy Fraser Valley porchetta, with salsa verde. (Vegetarian variant available upon request.)
