This year, we presented four awards to honor our spookiest residents. Instead of following the usual 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place format, we encountered a unique situation. Two outstanding contestants vied for the first-place spot, leading us to forgo the third place award and declare a shared first place. Following this, we awarded a second place.
The prestigious joint first place was claimed by two exceptional addresses: 128 N Carleton Avenue and our reigning champion from last year, 3970 Frances St. The second-place honor was bestowed upon last year’s People’s Choice award winner, 5686 Rumble St. The People’s Choice award, which closed at midnight last night, was earned by 3924 Cambridge St. While we faced formidable competition among neighborhoods this year, the coveted title of Best Neighborhood goes to 7235 18th Ave.
